How long does shipping take for my board?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Do Evolve skateboards come with a warranty?
Yes, all our boards come with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or water exposure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and interest-free financing options like Klarna and Afterpay to help you spread the cost of your purchase.
Are the skateboards water-resistant?
While our boards are designed to withstand damp conditions, they are not waterproof. We strongly recommend avoiding puddles and heavy rain to protect the internal electronics and bearings.
How do I maintain my board for long-term use?
Regular maintenance is key. We recommend checking your bolts for tightness, cleaning your bearings every few weeks, and ensuring your battery is stored with a partial charge if not in use for long periods.
